Guided Meditations
To start off my second post, I just want to welcome you all back to Poetry & Positivity! I know that after Fall Free days it can be a little hard to get back into the swing of things as a college student, so I wanted to branch off on a topic I briefly mentioned in my last post. This would be guided meditations.
Guided Meditations are very wonderful and amazing for stress relief. Last time, I introduced you all to a guided meditation focusing on Affirmations, and now I want to present one that is aimed specifically to help with stress relief.
As college students we tend to be overwhelmed by everything college life has to offer. Personally, I find myself struggling to balance my classwork, extracurriculars, and my social life. I'm currently enrolled in 15 credits, as well as taking on the responsibility as a Teaching Assistant, and being Editor for my school newspaper. Those are just a few examples of what I'm involved in on campus, and sometimes it can get pretty hectic. I'm sure I'm not alone in that struggle. Midterms are steadily approaching, and it is important to relieve that stress so it does not affect our performances as students.
Below, I attached a very awesome guided medtitation that will hopefully help all of us in our journey of finding balance within our lives. If you liked this video, I highly recommend checking out the creators of this video, TheHonestGuys on Youtube.
